CONSOLIDATE → DISTRIBUTE- Courier management
- Parcel processing
- Estate logistics
How Wilson James, Fulcrum and Vpod connected consolidated estate deliveries, digital parcel tracking and smart lockers into one end-to-end operating model at Canary Wharf.

THE OPPORTUNITY
Large commercial estates manage multiple carriers, frequent deliveries and growing expectations for fast, secure collection. Traditional mailrooms can become bottlenecks, with parcels sorted by hand, deliveries moved repeatedly and limited visibility from receipt to final handover.
At Canary Wharf, the response brought together Wilson James estate logistics, Fulcrum’s digital operations platform and Vpod smart locker infrastructure. The objective was to simplify distribution, improve user experience and reduce unnecessary estate traffic.

THE BUSINESS CHALLENGE
Traditional processes created pressure across the estate:

FULCRUM + VPOD INTEGRATION
Fulcrum manages parcel registration, tracking, operational workflow, reporting and audit. Vpod manages locker allocation, secure storage, authentication and collection confirmation. Together they support a connected, visible parcel journey.
The case study describes system-to-system event exchange, rather than a standalone locker installation. Specific interfaces, security controls and configuration should be confirmed for each deployment.
